Keeping fish is not a job...it抯 an adventure! or at least that is what it
was always supposed to be. Many companies today simply purchase products
that are used in water treatment, re-brand them and then try and sell them
as a new or novel idea. Many of these products were designed for systems
that had no aquatic life in them at all. Sometimes the products did work,
but, in the vast majority of cases, the products fell well short of their
full potential because they were designed to be used in an entirely
different application.

After working 13 years in the aquaculture industry, I began to notice the
difference in products the professionals were using versus the products that
the average hobbyists were using and the differences were vast. Hobbyists
were using products that were highly diluted and in many cases highly
ineffective. Many products also required huge maintenance regimes to keep
the products operating at optimum efficiency. After many years of research,
OAL products were developed to close that gap between professional
aquaculturalists and home hobbyists. We do not simply buy out products,
repackage them and then claim that our research team developed the product.
We develop, manufacture and test each and every single product that we sell.
