The Nutriment Company acquires Antos

The Nutriment Company (TNC) continues its strong end-of-year momentum with the acquisition of Antos, a leading Dutch distributor and developer of high-quality pet treats, according to a press release. TNC's ninth acquisition in 2025 marks another step in the company's continued expansion as one of Europe's fastest-growing suppliers of high-quality, natural pet nutrition.

Founded over 35 years ago, Antos has built a trusted reputation for responsibly producing safe, high-quality snacks. According to the release, Antos’ philosophy of focusing on the needs of pets and their owners, prioritising animal well-being and continuously developing ingredients and recipes is closely aligned with TNC's mission to offer natural and biologically appropriate pet food across Europe.

Antos operates a large, modern logistics centre in the Netherlands, which TNC is planning to utilise as a strategic hub in the Benelux region.
